  2. I came across it too late to post on Friday but it was sad to see that Glenda Miller, the former McHenry County Treasurer had passed. I enjoyed talking to her when passing through the courthouse. Condolences to her family and Paul Lis, her husband.

  6. In the 60827, ComEd just dropped off a new utility pole off the pole trailer in my alley; looks like the pole and transformer across from my house will soon be replaced. (Yeah, I know, but it’s what’s going on by me this morning).

  8. The Secretary of State’s business search function being down for maintenance midday on a Monday seems like an odd timing on their part. Couldn’t have scheduled that around normal business hours?
