I know this is supposed to be just a fun caption, but this is outrageous if you stop and think about it.
Paul Vallas insisted just last April that he was a “lifelong Democrat.” He hasn’t had a change of heart. He was (obviously) lying.
When a used car salesman lies like this, you don’t do business with them. How could any voter ever trust anything Paul Vallas says?

I agree with Chicago Blue. Brandon Johnson has been a disappointment, but I can’t imagine Vallas would be making me proud to be a Chicagoan.

I still regret that Metro East delivered the nomination by a narrow margin to Blagojevich over Vallas in 2002.
