    Bears won’t be legitimately good until brand-new ownership and management take over. I’m convinced of this, the ownership is the only thing consistent in an otherwise four-decade era of futility with only brief glimpses at relevancy.

  7. So a year after the Gov signed the most important bill of last year, the Semi Auto rifle gun ban and registration, there is still no way for officers at roadside to check to see if the gun is registered or not, short of calling ISP Foid during daytime hours and not on weekends.

    So how do you prove if the weapon or magazine is registered or not?
