Amtrak trains have been upgraded and there is an under 3 hour trip from Chicago to Springfield on the schedule. So far, so good. Wifi is nice.

It’s that time of year again, when people get confused between an overall tax levy and an individual property tax rate.

And then they get angry because of their confusion.

Can someone please help me understand why the unions are not backing the legislative union any louder than they currently are? I honestly have no opinion, but wondering why there is not more solidarity.
