Here in the Quad Cities we’re enjoying the big news from across the river that the Iowa Supreme Court’s ruling keeps abortion legal.

The summer of pneumonia fronts and Canadian wildfire haze. Hopefully this changes soon, and the wildfires do not become something that happens regularly.

@CapitolGuy - Not gonna lie, I love gloomy days. I’m WFH in a hoodie and sweats, windows open with a cool breeze wafting across. I have a hot tea, and I’m feeling cozy as heck.

I find nice warm weather to be distracting when working. But 60-65 degrees and gray? Relaxing. I’m not staring out the window wanting to go to the beach. Just chugging through emails and knocking things off my to do list in a relaxed manner. (with an occasional CapFax break)

Sun came out sorta in 60827, but at 100% humidity and the wind, it’s still chilly. And to Grandson of Man - Friday, Jun 16, 23 @ 10:18 am’s “The summer of pneumonia fronts…” I had mild pneumonia in early May.
