Got my flu and Covid shots three weeks ago, and my Shingles (2nd) yesterday. I should be set for the winter.

But wow. That Shingle second shot is a beast. Just trying to get by this morning and hoping for better.

My experience with the shingles shots a couple of years ago was the reverse. After the first shot it felt for a couple of days like someone hit me in the arm with a baseball bat. The second shot wasn’t so bad.

Someone make me feel better, I have my annual check up in a couple of weeks. Need to get my flu and COVID shots but the J&J COVID shot kicked my rear for 24 hours last time. Is it any better the second time around for the COVID shot?

Give Me A Break- get the Pfizer vaccine instead of the J and J- unless medically unable– the Pfizer has a higher efficacy rate and generally less reactivity in patients.

Give me a Break.. get the novavax covid shot. You’ll have less risk of a cardiac event.
