Seems appropriate everyone begin asking GOP Congressional candidates if they will support Charley McCarthy’s bill for a national abortion ban with no exceptions — We are waiting for statements for IL #1 Empty Suit aka Son of Confessed Ex-Congressman and Ester Joy King on the topic any jibber jabber from them should mean they get “no” votes.

Nice weather for most of the next week. Enjoy it while you can. We plan to hit as many as 4 car shows. / Fall festivals this weekend.

1. Is Tony the only problem the Sox have?; seems they have others. Yes, I know he’s managed terribly, but I think there’s players who should have been cut by now

A review of the crop of hopefuls makes me hesitant to rule anybody out, because one of the candidates has to win.

There are a ton of candidates for Chicago mayor which makes it difficult for Lightfoot to avoid a runoff. Whoever gets into the runoff would seem to have a good chance given the considerable anti-Lightfoot sentiment.

But Vallas? I’d bet on the snowball.
