I enjoy unconventional measurements, one gets tired of hearing “roughly the size of ten football fields”. Give me “the size of 3 Melbourne Cricket Grounds” any day. Instead of “enough radiation to reenact Chernobyl” tell me that the event generated “6.48 trillion bananas or, if you prefer, 6.48 terabananas or 6,480 gigabananas of radiation”
