I looked out the window this morning and saw snow on top of the cars. It’s mostly gone now, but still . . .

Also, street cleaning season has arrived in Chicago.

If you didn’t notice it yesterday, there was a fire in a basement room of the Howlett Building yesterday. The building will be closed to the public today, but SOS employees there will still be reporting to work:

This is likely to be the death knell for current DCFS administration. Kids can’t keep dying on the watch and no consequences of those responsible for the structure and function.
