In the SOTU, the President said fraud involving COVID funds will be investigated and punished. Why did I think of Darren Bailey as soon as he said that?

Realizing today was 10 years since Henryville, Indiana was leveled by an F5 tornado (I’ve seen some anniversary stories commemorating the disaster earlier today) made me remember that earlier this week was the 10th anniversary of the Harrisburg F4 tornado (Feb. 29, 2012).
