  7. Jim Langfelder’s Springfield Office of Public Works did an OK job overnight, but could have done better on side streets. And they need to stop consider the streets around the Capitol Complex as “side streets” as far as snow and ice removal and salting are concerned.

    Much better in Chatham streets wise but I think Springfield had more freezing rain and snow yesterday than in Chatham.
