Narrator: - I mean, it got to the point where they couldn’t talk in the Ward Office anymore because the Feds put a wire in the wall .. Even when they talked outside, they had to cover their mouths because the Feds brought in lip readers. Madigan found out about if from a precinct captain who was doing dry wall work on another job. The pandemic has really helped… if we’re being honest, obviously.
