To find redemption one must actually believe in the need to redeem oneself and admit wrong doing. Blogo has not done that. And, neither has Mrs. Blago, who was prominently featured in the phone recordings, for that matter.

Blago is a terrible person, but you don’t need to spread misinformation to make him look worse, he does that on his own. Dude lives in a bungalo - it’s nice and an expensive bungalo, but it’s still just a bungalo
