  31. Last week was a really nice well done event for the Irish Counsel General to Chicago. Think his name is Kevin Byrne. Great event at Kellys. Lot of people there from both parties. Nary a mask in sight. Sunday DPI had an event in Springfield. Couple of people from the Kellys event—who didn’t wear a mask then—had one on Sunday. I think it’s the blatant lack of consistency that upsets people.
