  1. I hate to say it, but this was the one year that they had a good car to work with, but a bad shot of it.

  2. So the Department couldn’t find an Illinois background?

  3. I’ve see that crusier a few times on IG and it’s a good looking vehicle. Wish we could see it on the highways all the time. Then again this is supposed to be the 100th anniversary edition so keep this livery special in that case.

  4. The picture that Metro East has is better than the picture that was submitted for the competition.

  5. Looking at the relative vote totals, it appears the troopers in KY and OH put in some overtime to vote.

  6. They should paint all new ISP vehicles with that new insignia.

  7. ISP did a fantastic job on the 100 Anniversary Squad. Does not matter to me one bit we were not in the hunt for this award. It’s Kentucky for Christ sake. We rock the State Police World.

  8. That ISP paint scheme was last seen in 1966. Maybe ISP will do the same as the 1976 “Bicentennial Squad”. Back then, each district got one with the red, white and blue stripes after the trooper assigned unit 17-76 got permission to add something special for the Bicentennial and requests for the unit in parades, etc. went through the roof.

  10. I voted for the ISP car, but that bubblegum light is ugly.
