It’s the secret halls and chambers Mo Murphy uses to accuse us Madigoons of the time of using in the dark of night to plot against Republicans. That was too paranoid, we did it openly. Now that I think about it, this coupled with the recently introduced bill to prevent legislative action in the wee hours demonstrates how many QOPers are afraid of the dark.
