  1. Good. I think it would have been good for him to get one back in December, but I appreciate why he waited.

  2. I have no problem with him getting the vaccine but I am betting he didn’t have to get online every day and spend a bunch of time to only find out everything is already filled.

  3. They don’t allow cameras at the Orr building. There is a big sign near the front door.

  5. Happy for the governor, glad he’s getting the vaccine, as I am for everyone, shots in arms at this point of the process is critical for every one of us.

My hope is all staff, media/press, agency works, they ALL get vaccinated.

  6. Absolutely should be getting his vaccine. Having the State’s chief executive get potentially deathly ill in the midst of a pandemic creates bigger problems than if you or I were to get ill. Further, he probably qualifies as obese (not throwing stones or mean that as an insult!–I’m referencing the State’s definition for which I regretfully qualify as well), which means he’s particularly vulnerable should he get ill.

Get that vaccine into him. I wish him well.

  7. I am relieved. I admire the Governor’s egalitarianism, leadership sometimes means putting oneself last- but this was not one of those moments.

  8. ===spend a bunch of time to only find out everything is already filled===

That just isn’t happening in Spfld these days.

  9. Thank god. He should have taken it months ago.

  10. He was overdue. Got my first there yesterday. Waited till close to see if they had unused doses. Didn’t want to wait until the 12th and have to compete with 16 year old’s (64 here). Too bad it wasn’t today so could yell at him about it lol.
