2. Rush and Harris both represent the 1st Congressional District. I assume the vote is not 1 vote per committee person but the weighted vote so it’s hard to handicap without that. But I would guess the 1st district carries a lot of weight.
   And does anyone know if you need 50% or just whoever has the most if it becomes a three way or more race?
