I’m sensing a pattern

Posted in:

* New Prosperity Foundation, which is headed by Jim Gidwitz and Greg Baise…

Rumors have been floating around lately that some anti-Oberweis money was about to hit.

* Congressional candidate Ted Gradel…

Both mailers are here.

  1. Didn’t Baise also support Ken Dunkin?

If Gradel wants the help of those who supported Ken Dunkin…

  2. Yikes…looks like SpankyBaise got Profts mail designer and then conned someone to pay him

  3. Going after the cows, now Jim’s gonna be angry.

  4. Overweis opposed Trump? That is a plus for him.

  5. Looks like they gave MJM the best number of all. Also, I haven’t seen that barbwire tat on his right forearm. Is that new?

  6. That’s a weird piece of mail. Why exactly are the Dems picture happy if you vote for Gradel? Odd.

Comment by Southern Skeptic Friday, Feb 7, 20 @ 2:09 pm

  7. ==Ted wants to stop Socialists from ending the American Dream==

I had no idea Madigan, Pritzker, and Pelosi were Socialists.

==Ted … shares the principles that have made America the greatest nation in the world. He wants to build a wall.==

I’m completely speechless. If y’all excuse me, I’m going to sit in a corner and quietly despair about the future of America.

Comment by Bourbon Street Friday, Feb 7, 20 @ 2:10 pm

  8. Someone should tell Ted Gradel that a 13-year-old with a meme generator could come up with better hit pieces than these.

Comment by Jocko Friday, Feb 7, 20 @ 2:14 pm

  9. Seriously I thought those were a Easter Bunny costumes not cows

Comment by DuPage Saint Friday, Feb 7, 20 @ 2:24 pm

  10. Cows? Those are cows? I thought they were mice.

Comment by Southern Skeptic Friday, Feb 7, 20 @ 2:39 pm

  11. Is Gradel running for the Illinois House? Also, he might want to ask Randy Hultgren on the effectiveness of campaigning against Madigan to win a federal race.

Comment by TominChicago Friday, Feb 7, 20 @ 2:42 pm

  12. How would Hultgren know? He did absolutely no campaigning last time.
I’m in his district and I saw absolutely nothing from him.

Got lots of stuff from Roskam but nothing from him.

  13. Meh. I’m sure this will get under Milk Dud’s skin.

    Pretty sure it’s Jared Allen’s.

  15. Um, what? Who thought this was a good idea?…

    Comment by Leslie K Friday, Feb 7, 20 @ 2:57 pm

  16. We have a place in McHenry County and we got a ton of Hultgren mailers with Madigan and Underwood’s faces on them.

Comment by Tominchicago Friday, Feb 7, 20 @ 3:10 pm

  17. I just find it funny that these guys include people like Boogie Man Madigan and JB on their mailers, even though they have nothing to do with Congress. Talk about playing to your not so bright base.

Comment by Tony DeKalb Friday, Feb 7, 20 @ 3:33 pm

  18. I don’t understand if we’re supposed to think Oberweis is a wolf in sheep’s clothing or a sheeple… like JB and Madigan? These are grim.

But they provide an excellent opportunity to share the best sheep-related campaign ad (and also non-sheep-related campaign ad) of all time: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rKWlOxhSIKk
