There will be a House Democratic Caucus on Monday, October 28, 2019, immediately following session, in Room 114. The topic for caucus will be an overview of items up for potential consideration during the Veto Session.

Amending the Open Meetings Act to include the General Assembly so Madigan has an excuse to never have caucus again.

Sounds to me like it’s just a setup for one of those fake “you just won the lottery” parties for parole violators - I recommend bringing a lawyer along just in case. “Surprise! It’s the Feds.”
